We are excited to announce that Mark Fordham and Jeff Kim have been appointed as the coaches for our BCSPL 2011 Boys and Girls intake teams for the upcoming season.

Mark Fordham comes to us with a wealth of experience and qualifications, including a UEFA B License, FA National Youth Award, and FA Futsal Level 1. Mark has been with NVFC for over a year serving as the U9-U13 technical lead, improving the Club’s player development, evaluations, and programs. His coaching experience includes being the Technical Director at Wesburn FC, Academy Centre Coach at Vancouver Whitecaps, and Staff Coach at China Club Football in Beijing, among others.

“I’m honoured to be chosen to coach the NVFC 2011 Boys BCSPL team. I have been working with this group for the past 12 months and I’m excited to continue aiding their development moving forward. We have a very talented pool of players and I can’t wait to get going in the spring!”

Jeff Kim brings a passion for coaching and a successful track record with Metro and Development teams since 2015. His notable achievements include leading the WVFC 2006 Girls Metro team to victory in the League, Coastal Cup, and Provincial Cup in the 2021/22 season. Jeff’s certifications include a CSA National B Diploma (currently in progress), CSA C License, and BC Soccer Association Soccer For Life Certification. His coaching experience includes roles as the West Van FC Staff Coach, Mini Boys Technical Lead, and Age Group Technical Coordinator, among others.

I am delighted to work with NVFC to build a foundation of trust and support, where each player’s unique talents are recognized and honed through disciplined training and strategic guidance.”
