Team Officials
Contact another team official for:
- Game changes/cancellations
- Notify alternative field usage
- Schedule friendly games
You can find the contact of every team official in your respective Coaching Guide, sent via email at the beginning of the season. Looking to contact your OWN coach? That information is available on your TeamSnap account.
Age Group Coordinators (AGCs)
Team Officials should contact an AGC before reaching out to NVFC staff. Contact for:
- Team formation or field/gym inquiries
- Uniforms & equipment
- Scheduling questions
- DNV/CNV issues
Administration
NVFC's registrars manage dozens of emails every day. Please avoid emailing about: requesting exceptions to enter programs or skip waitlists, inquiries about weather cancellations and refund policy exceptions. Before emailing, try finding what you are looking for here:
