Summer Camps
The #1 soccer camp in the province is back! This program combines engaging activities and games with the right level of challenge, for players of all levels.

Summer Goalkeeper Camps
Our popular Goalkeeping camp is back! This camp offers dynamic activities and games with the right level of challenge, for players of all levels. Groups will be staggered by age and experience, so beginners and advanced players are welcome to sign up.

- Week 1: July 13-17
- Week 2: July 20-24
- Week 3: August 17-21

Summer Player Development Academy
The Player Development Academy program is for players who are looking to strengthen all aspects of their game.
Player Development Academy participants train once per week and will participate with players of similar skill and ability. The program will give players the opportunity to learn new skills and improve their technical and tactical abilities in a development-oriented program.
Please note players are grouped by age and skill level. We do not accept friend requests.
Ages: Players born between 2018-2013
Dates: Tuesdays July 7 - August 11
Times:
2018/2017's: 5:00-6:00pm
2016/2015's: 6:00-7:00pm
2014/2013's: 7:00-8:00pm

Summer Youngstars - Intro to Academy
The YoungStars Intro to Player Development Academy program is for players who are looking for a fun and exciting introduction to soccer development.
The YoungStars program allows players to build their confidence as players, all while having fun on the pitch. This program is perfect for those young players who want to enjoy the sport and learn new techniques and skills in a development program. The program includes technical, skill, and game-based segments. Friend requests are accepted, but not guaranteed.

Times: 4:00-5:00pm

Soccer 4 Everyone - Adaptive Soccer at NSGSC Bubble
Soccer 4 Everyone is a fun, inclusive soccer program for players of all diverse abilities. Players can learn soccer, build confidence, and make friends with support from our staff and volunteer coaches.

NVFC Refund Policies
Fall/Winter: U5-U18 House/Div3
- All refund requests submitted by July 1st will be subject to a $25 admin fee per registration.
- All refund requests submitted from July 1st to August 15th will be subject to a $35 admin fee per registration.
- All refund requests submitted from August 15th to September 30th will be subject to a $50 admin fee per registration.
- No refunds will be issued after September 30th.
Spring League
- No refunds/credits are accepted once teams are formed (mid-March).

Select Fees
- Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If a player is placed on a team at a lower level for next season, that player is eligible for a full refund if they do not accept next seasons’ placement.
Important Information
- A player’s jersey(s) and shorts must be returned to the team's manager before a refund will be processed.
- No registration fee refunds will be issued because of game cancellations or field/facility closures.
- The refunded amount may be pro-rated. Affiliation fees are non-refundable
- Unpaid registration fees may result in the member being removed from the roster and losing active status within the District and BC Soccer.
- Refunds take 1-3 weeks to be issued.
Exceptions will be made for players:
- Who move to a higher level of play
- Who have a season-ending injury (doctor's note is required).
- Whose families unexpectedly relocate out of the North Vancouver area (proof of address required).

Programs and Camps Policy
- Development Programs: Refund requests are subject to an administrative fee of $25 per registration. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE PROGRAM START DATE
- No refunds or credits for late registrations, after the program begins
- Alternatively, a full credit toward future camps, programs or fall/winter season registrations can be issued with no administration fee. Credits can be used for any family member and do not expire. Credits requests must be made up to 7 days before the program starts (by 9am)
- Refunds and credit request must be made by emailing the appropriate program contact above and indicating if a refund or credit is being requested.
- For BCSPL Prep/XDEV, Select, Player Development Academy, and Goalkeeper Programs, please contact Program Admin Jaki Guterres
- For U5, Camps, House Spring League, YoungStars, Small-Sided Games and Skills Clinics please contact Director Wisam Souki
- Sessions cancelled due to uncontrollable factors such as weather will not be made up. However, if 1/3 of the sessions in any particular phase get cancelled we will issue pro-rated refunds
Financial Assistance
The Club recognizes that there are families in the community for whom the registration fees pose a genuine financial hardship. We are an inclusive club, and with the support of Athletics for Kids (A4K), KidSport and generous funding from Neptune Terminals, we have developed a program to ensure that the registration fee alone does not prevent youth from participating in our Club.
We ask that applicants give full consideration to whether assistance is truly needed. Overuse of this program puts these options at risk for those who truly need it.

Participating Programs
Collection Notice
For players on a prorated multiple payment schedule, should they fail to complete payments, they will be contacted by the Registrar on two (2) instances over a 30-day period following the due date of the fees. Failure to communicate with the Club Registrar and/or making mutually agreeable alternate arrangements will result in their suspension from all club programs. Unpaid registration fees after the expiry of the 30-day period may also result in the member being removed from the roster and active status within the District and BC Soccer.
Where a payment plan has not been established between the Club and a registrant, the Club upholds the following principles in respect to the collection of any amounts due and payable to the Club by any registered member:
- Unpaid registration fees after the first month of any season of play or development program may result in the player being immediately removed from the roster and removed from active status within the District and BC Soccer.
- Unpaid registration fees or payment due on the account beyond 30-days from its due date will render the account to be not in good-standing and registration for Club programs will no longer be made available until the account is brought up to date.
New to Canada and aged 10 to 17?
- Non-Canadian citizens may require an International Player Transfer prior to registering. Please read the International Transfer Procedure to see if this applies to you.
