Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

North Vancouver FC invites all members to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, June 11 at 7:00 PM in the Fir Room at Delbrook Community Recreation Centre.

Members who register and attend in person will be entered into a draw to win a free season registration credit of up to $500.

During the AGM, members will receive an overview of the club’s 2025/26 season, review the club’s financial statements, vote on a proposed bylaw amendment, and participate in the election of directors.

The proposed bylaw amendment would change the quorum requirement for Annual General Meetings from 35 members to 25 members.

Three current directors are seeking re-election, and there is one vacant director position available.

We encourage all members to attend, learn more about the club’s activities and direction, and take part in shaping the future of North Vancouver FC.
