Accepted forms of CRCs:

CRCs from the BC Government's Criminal Records Review Program (CRRP) Applicant Based Online Service also referred to as eCRC

You may now apply for a CRC online and no longer have to go to the RCMP detachment.  This service is offered free to Club's volunteers. The results of your eCRC will be emailed to

There is a fee (at your own expense) if you are asked to have fingerprinting done by the eCRC program. The fingerprints will be good for 10 years and can be transferred to other agencies
If you would rather not pay the fee, please re-initiate your CRC with the RCMP.

CRCs from the RCMP   

The following documents are required to request a CRC from the RCMP (be sure to bring 2 pieces of government ID, the Volunteer letter, and a print out of the  filled in RCMP Police Information Check Application with you).  They can complete the check within 15 minutes while you wait.
