Procurement Policy

The General Manager will coordinate all purchases of equipment, uniforms and operating supplies for the Club within a budget approved by the Board of Directors.

The Technical Director will coordinate all purchases of equipment, uniforms and operating supplies for the Academy & Camps programs within a budget approved by the Board of Directors.
 
All non-budgeted purchases require prior approval from the Treasurer.

For longer term contracts of more than one year, such as to provide Club uniforms, apparel, equipment and other value added services, proposals will be sought, whenever suitable, through a competitive, fair and open RFP process.
